International Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Brillianze Sweden AB (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a warranty on our fishing reels to the original owner. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. The international warranty period for our fishing reels is 1 year, beginning on the date of purchase. Warranty within the European Union is 2 years from date of purchase.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support at support@svivlo.com
  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Describe the issue you’re experiencing with the reel

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
  • Modification or repair by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage caused during transportation.
  • CastGuard™ system has been opened or tampered with.

Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective fishing reel with an equivalent model.

International Warranty

Our warranty is eligible internationally. However, please note that customers are responsible for shipping and customs fees associated with warranty claims.

  • Warranty and security – Service with us ensures that your warranty remains valid. You also get peace of mind that your reel is in top condition for the next fishing trip.

We aim to perform the service of your reel within 48hrs from when it’s received.
