1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Svivlo web shop. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Some items, such as Genesis ONE Collectors Edition, are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support at customersupport@svivlo.com to request a return or exchange.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or taxes.

International Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Brillianze Sweden AB (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a warranty on our fishing reels to the original owner. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. The warranty period for our fishing reels is 2 years, beginning on the date of purchase.

2. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support at customerservice@svivlo.com.
  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and the serial number of the reel.
  • Describe the issue you’re experiencing with the reel.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
  • Modification or repair by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage caused during transportation.
  • CastGuard™ system has been opened or tampered with.

4. Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective fishing reel with an equivalent model.

5. International Warranty

Our warranty is eligible internationally. However, please note that customers are responsible for shipping and customs fees associated with warranty claims.

 Shipping Fees

 We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $20 per unit (reel).

 All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

 DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

 Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
