SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Scope
This policy applies to voluntary returns and right of withdrawal only.
Defective products are handled under the Warranty Policy.
2. Right of Withdrawal – EU / EEA
EU/EEA consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt.
Conditions:
- unused and unmounted product,
- original packaging and accessories intact,
- notice given within 14 days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless law requires otherwise.
3. Voluntary Returns – Worldwide
Outside statutory withdrawal, Svivlo may accept voluntary returns within 30 days, subject to approval.
Conditions:
- unused, unmounted, resalable condition,
- original packaging intact.
Approval is at Svivlo’s sole discretion.
Certain products or promotions may include a separate “60-Day Fish-It Guarantee” subject to its own specific terms and conditions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the 60-Day Fish-It Guarantee does not limit statutory consumer rights, warranty rights, or other provisions of this policy.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- used or mounted products
- damaged products
- modified or serviced products
- products where CastGuard™ has been opened
- custom or special-order items
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
For orders shipped to the United States on or after May 20, 2026, import duties, customs fees, taxes, and related import costs paid by Svivlo are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Orders shipped to the United States prior to May 20, 2026 were subject to the import and customs terms presented at checkout and in effect at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping, Customs & Import Charges
For voluntary returns:
- customer pays all return shipping, customs, and import charges.
U.S. Orders
Effective May 20, 2026, Svivlo covers applicable import duties and customs fees for orders shipped to the United States.
This policy applies only to U.S. orders placed on or after May 20, 2026.
Orders placed before this date remain subject to the import and customs terms applicable at the time of purchase.
If a U.S. shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer inaction, Svivlo reserves the right to deduct shipping costs, import charges, customs fees, return handling costs, and carrier fees from any refund.
Warranty shipping is governed by the Warranty Policy.
7. Inspection and Administrative Fee
If a returned product does not qualify for return, refund, or warranty, Svivlo may charge an administrative fee of SEK 500 for inspection and return.
The fee is charged only after customer notification.
