1. Company Information
Svivlo is a brand wholly owned by Brillianze Sweden AB, a company incorporated in Sweden.
All sales via svivlo.com are made by Brillianze Sweden AB unless otherwise stated.
In these Terms & Conditions, “Svivlo”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Brillianze Sweden AB.
2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made:

-
directly from Brillianze Sweden AB.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions, the Warranty Policy, and the Returns & Refunds Policy as published on svivlo.com at the time of purchase.
Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
3. Product Use and Responsibility
Products must be used in accordance with:

their intended purpose, and
-
all instructions, manuals, and safety information provided by Svivlo.
Improper use, misuse, or unauthorized modification may affect warranty coverage.
4. CastGuard™ – Mandatory Restriction
CastGuard™ is a safety-critical and performance-calibrated mechanism.
By purchasing a Svivlo product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

CastGuard™ must not be opened, adjusted, dismantled, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Svivlo.

Any intervention involving CastGuard™ voids the warranty.
This restriction applies worldwide and without exception.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated:

EU prices include applicable VAT,
-
prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, and local charges for deliveries outside the EU.
Payment must be completed at checkout. Svivlo reserves the right to cancel orders in case of errors or suspected fraud.
6. Order Formation and Delivery
An order is accepted when Svivlo issues an order confirmation.
Delivery terms and estimated delivery times are stated at checkout and in the Shipping Policy.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Withdrawal
Voluntary returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Warranty and statutory claims are governed exclusively by the Warranty Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

Svivlo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit.

Svivlo’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
This does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise:

Swedish law applies, and
-
disputes are subject to Swedish courts.
10. Changes to Terms
The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
