WARRANTY POLICY – SVIVLO

1. About Svivlo

Svivlo is a brand wholly owned by Brillianze Sweden AB, Sweden.


2. Scope

Applies to products purchased directly from Svivlo or authorized retailers worldwide.
Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.


3. Statutory Consumer Rights – EU / EEA

EU/EEA consumers have statutory rights:

  • 3 years in Sweden,

  • minimum 2 years in other EU countries.

Defects within 6 months are presumed original.

Approved statutory claims include repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation.


4. Customers Outside the EU / EEA

EU statutory law does not apply.
Coverage is provided by the Svivlo Manufacturer’s Warranty, plus any mandatory local rights.


5. Manufacturer’s Warranty (Worldwide)

  • 2-year limited warranty from delivery

  • Covers manufacturing defects under normal use

  • Remedy at Svivlo’s discretion: repair, replacement, or product replacement


6. Warranty Exclusions

Not covered:

  • misuse, negligence, accidents

  • normal wear and cosmetic changes

  • external damage (liquids, corrosion, sand, salt, extreme environments)

  • unauthorized modification or service

  • failure to follow instructions


7. CastGuard™ – Absolute Restriction

CastGuard™ is safety-critical and calibrated.

Any opening, adjustment, or service of CastGuard™ by anyone other than Svivlo immediately voids the warranty.
No exceptions.


8. Service on Other Components

Service by third parties normally voids warranty.

Exception:

  • Svivlo may approve a claim if service is deemed fackmannamässigt and has not affected function, tolerances, safety, or lifespan.

Svivlo’s technical assessment is final.


9. Permitted Maintenance

Does not affect warranty:

  • external cleaning

  • lubrication per Svivlo instructions

All other disassembly must be performed by Svivlo.


10. Claims Handling by Region

Sweden

For approved warranty or statutory claims within Sweden, Svivlo covers all costs, including:

  • inspection,

  • repair or replacement,

  • all shipping to and from the customer.

A prepaid return label may be provided.


EU / EEA (outside Sweden)

  • Direct purchases: Svivlo covers costs per EU law.

  • Retail purchases: handled by retailer under local law.


Outside EU / EEA

Customer pays:

  • all shipping,

  • customs duties,

  • import taxes.


11. Inspection and Fees

Products may be inspected.

If a claim is rejected, Svivlo may charge an administrative fee of SEK 500 for inspection and return.

The fee never applies to approved warranty or statutory claims within Sweden.


12. Validity

Applies to purchases from 2025-01-01 onward.
