Creator Program Terms

Program Overview

The Svivlo Creator Program is a curated partnership program for anglers and outdoor creators who want to share their genuine experience with Svivlo reels. Participation is by invitation or application, and is always subject to approval.

Svivlo reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any creator from the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Participation in the program does not constitute employment, agency, or a commercial partnership beyond the scope of these terms.

Eligibility

To participate in the Svivlo Creator Program, you must:

• Be legally permitted to participate in referral or reward programs in your country of residence.
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations relevant to content creation, advertising, and commercial referrals.

Follower count or audience size does not guarantee approval. Svivlo evaluates applications based on fishing experience, content quality, and audience authenticity.

Creator Rewards

Creator rewards are earned on qualifying completed purchases attributed to your referral link or assigned creator code. The following purchases are not eligible for rewards:

• Refunded or cancelled orders
• Self-referred purchases (purchases made using your own link)
• Fraudulent or disputed transactions
• Orders that violate these terms or Svivlo's general terms and conditions

Svivlo reserves the right to review and validate referrals before approving any payout. Reward rates are communicated during onboarding and may be adjusted over time.

60-Day Hold Period

Svivlo offers a 60-day Fish-it Guarantee on all reels, allowing customers to fish the product on real water and return it if it doesn't perform as described.

If a customer returns a product within the 60-day guarantee period, the associated creator reward is forfeited and will not be paid.

Payouts

All payouts require a valid invoice. Svivlo does not process payments without proper invoicing documentation, in accordance with Swedish bookkeeping law (bokföringslagen).

Accepted invoicing methods depend on the creator's country of residence:

• Sweden and Scandinavia: Frilans Finans or Cool Company. These services act as employer intermediaries, handling invoicing, employer contributions (arbetsgivaravgift), and preliminary tax on the creator's behalf. No registered business is required.
• International creators: Deel or an equivalent approved global invoicing and payment platform.
• All countries: A registered business entity with F-skatt (Sweden) or local tax equivalent may invoice Svivlo directly.

Creators are solely responsible for their own tax obligations, VAT registration and reporting, and any other local financial compliance requirements arising from program participation. Svivlo bears no responsibility for a creator's tax affairs.

Creator Content & Disclosure

You retain full ownership of all content you create. If Svivlo shares or reposts your content, we will always credit you as the creator.

Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising disclosure requirements in their country. This includes but is not limited to:

• FTC guidelines (United States)
• EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and relevant national implementations
• Swedish Consumer Agency guidelines (Konsumentverket)
• Any other local or national advertising regulation applicable to your audience

Content that includes a referral link, discount code, or other reward-linked element must be disclosed appropriately wherever legally required. Svivlo does not accept liability for non-compliance with disclosure requirements by creators.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the program and cancellation of any unpaid rewards:

• Self-referrals or using your own link to generate rewards
• Placing fake, test, or fraudulent orders
• Misrepresenting Svivlo products or making false claims
• Impersonating Svivlo or creating confusion about your relationship with Svivlo
• Abusing discount codes or referral systems in any way not intended by the program
• Encouraging others to violate these terms
• Spam or unsolicited mass distribution of referral links

Svivlo reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards where prohibited conduct is identified, and to pursue appropriate remedies where applicable law permits.

Program Changes

Svivlo may modify, pause, or terminate the Creator Program at any time. Reward structures, payout rules, hold periods, and eligibility requirements may change over time.

Where possible, Svivlo will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy & Tracking

Referral links assigned to creators may use cookies and session tracking to attribute completed purchases to the correct creator. This tracking operates in accordance with Svivlo's standard data practices.

Participation in the Creator Program is subject to the Svivlo Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and store personal data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from participation in the Creator Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts, unless mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

The program is operated by Brillianze Sweden AB, registered in Sweden, with offices in Svedala.
